Hotel guests take into account and do not object to the use of a video surveillance system on the territory of the Hotel, with the exception of toilets and hotel rooms. The hotel guarantees confidentiality to the Guests. Video surveillance is carried out for the safety of guests, their property, and the property of the Hotel.

Hotel Guests have a dining room where they can use a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, disposable dishes and a cooler with drinking water.

When leaving the room, lock the door. When leaving the territory of the Hotel, room keys are handed over to the reception desk of the Hotel administrator for safekeeping. We ask you to treat the property of the Hotel with care. In case of damage to the property of the Hotel, the Guest undertakes to compensate it in full.
Smoking is prohibited in rooms, halls and common areas. The penalty for smoking in the Hotel is the cost of staying in this room for two nights.
It is forbidden to use and store narcotic drugs in the Hotel, to bring and store firearms, gas pneumatic and other types of weapons, flammable, explosive and flammable substances and objects on the territory of the Hotel.
During the period from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., maintain silence in the Hotel. Please show attention to other Hotel Guests and do not create inconvenience with loud music and other noise.
If the Guest repeatedly violates the Rules for staying at the Hotel and/or the Fire Safety Rules, which leads to material damage and/or creates inconvenience for other consumers, the Hotel has the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the contract.
