It is possible to order breakfast in a nearby cafe from 8:30 a.m. till 10:00 p.m.
Extra bed: is provided upon request and only after confirmation of the service by the administrator. Children up to 5 years old are accommodated free of charge in the same room with their parents without providing an additional bed. The cost of placing children over 5 years old and adults on additional seats in the room is UAH 250.

Parking: Since the hotel is located in the historical pedestrian part of the city, there is no possibility to park a car. Our Hotel team will always help you find the nearest and most convenient parking lot for you.

Terms of payment: When settling in the Hotel, the guest pays the price of the room, at least, one day in advance. Payment for accommodation is made by cash, non-cash payments and credit cards, according to the price list valid in the Hotel.

Luggage room: If you need to store your luggage, you can use the luggage room located at the administrator’s reception. Please leave valuables and documents in the safe at the reception.

Pets: Accommodation of pets in the hotel is possible upon prior agreement with the hotel administrator.

Reservation/registration: The hotel has a 24-hour reception desk. Hotel room reservations are made 24 hours a day.

* Early check-in [6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.] and late check-out [12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.] is paid additionally in the amount of 50% of the cost of accommodation if there are free rooms and coordination with the administrator.

Check-in to the hotel is carried out upon presentation of a passport or other identity document.

Before eviction, the Guest must notify the administrator and wait for the maid to accept the room.

Visitors can come to the Hotel and stay in the room from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., subject to registration with the administrator and the presence of identity documents. If visitors stay after 22.00, they pay for accommodation. The Guest is responsible for visitors.

The entrance to the Hotel, internal stairs and corridors are monitored by video cameras. Hotel guests take into account and do not object to the use of a video surveillance system on the territory of the Hotel, with the exception of toilets and hotel rooms. The hotel guarantees confidentiality to the Guests. Video surveillance is carried out for the safety of guests, their property, and the property of the Hotel.

Additional free services of the Hotel: call an ambulance, call a taxi, wake-up service, use of iron and hair dryer.

Hotel Guests have a dining room where they can use a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, disposable dishes and a cooler with drinking water.

When leaving the room, please close the windows, taps in the hygiene room, turn off the lights and other electrical appliances.

When leaving the room, lock the door. When leaving the territory of the Hotel, room keys are handed over to the reception desk of the Hotel administrator for safekeeping. Please transfer valuables and documents for safekeeping to the safe located at the reception. The Guest is responsible for things left unattended in the room.

We ask you to treat the property of the Hotel with care. In case of damage to the property of the Hotel, the Guest undertakes to compensate it in full.

Smoking is prohibited in rooms, halls and common areas. The penalty for smoking in the Hotel is the cost of staying in this room for two nights.

It is forbidden to use and store narcotic drugs in the Hotel, to bring and store firearms, gas pneumatic and other types of weapons, flammable, explosive and flammable substances and objects on the territory of the Hotel.

During the period from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., maintain silence in the Hotel. Please show attention to other Hotel Guests and do not create inconvenience with loud music and other noise.

If the Guest repeatedly violates the Rules for staying at the Hotel and/or the Fire Safety Rules, which leads to material damage and/or creates inconvenience for other consumers, the Hotel has the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the contract.
